I have not previously used a travel agent as I’ve been comfortable with my trip planning. Sasha Pazanowski, however, was highly recommended by two seasoned travel families, as someone whom they would not travel abroad without her inputs. Having utilized Sasha for this special 2-week 50th birthday trip for my wife to France, I now view it precisely the same. From the start, Sasha listened well, asked great clarifying questions, and then curated a beautiful back-and-forth process of pointed options and suggestions to flesh out an itinerary far greater than what I would have created.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and constructive throughout the iterations, and you could feel the joy she had in her crafting the right kind of travel for us. Even amidst her own travels, she remained exceedingly reliable, creative, and with high follow-through on our discussions. She also was able to extend great perks with her relationships with many hotels. We now will not travel on large trips without Sasha’s inputs — she’s that good!
