My husband and I contacted Sasha less than 30 days before our trip to Italy, leaving her every reason to tell us that “your lack of planning should not become my emergency”. Instead, she embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, skill, and kindness.

Because we had so little time to research, we relied heavily on Sasha’s recommendations. In fact, we jokingly refer to our trip as “Sasha’s Vacation” because we followed so many of her suggestions—and every one of them was outstanding. She provided options across multiple budgets for hotels, restaurants, flights, tours, and excursions, coordinated countless details, and solved several problems she didn’t create with remarkable efficiency.
One moment perfectly captures Sasha’s dedication: when it looked like we might miss a connection in Germany, I texted her from the airplane asking for advice. She responded immediately. Only later did I learn that she had answered in the middle of a very challenging day of her own. That level of professionalism and commitment is rare.

What sets Sasha apart is that she builds relationships with the vendors she recommends, personally visiting many of the destinations, staying in the hotels, trying the restaurants and taking the tours. Because of her firsthand knowledge, we stayed in a fantastic hotel, enjoyed incredible meals, and experienced unforgettable tours. She even advised us not to over schedule, which turned out to be some of the best advice we received.When people ask us about our favorite moment from Italy, we can’t choose just one. There were too many special experiences to count but one of our personal favorites was sitting at a cafe on our last night, people watching and talking about the trip when a street musician played the song we danced to at our wedding! What a perfect ending to an amazing trip!
