We wanted to thank Sasha for helping us make our trip so memorable and fabulous! Everything she helped us with was seamless . In the past, I have always made my own travel arrangements but I have to say (and my husband agreed) having Sasha’s help was a complete game changer! For starters, Sasha has excellent communication skills and is very detail oriented . I felt like she really listened when I told her what we were looking for. She was able to give us her honest opinions and recommendations without being at all pushy. She was able to get us a new rental car from a company we had not even heard of. My husband had originally rented a car with a manual transmission because it was substantially less money. Sasha was able to get us a bigger car with an automatic transmission- for less money . It was a no brainer! Throughout our trip we would see tourists struggling to park and reverse their rental cars with manual transmissions and we were thankful we had made the switch. Sasha also made a recommendation for us to stay at Aethos in Ericeira. We knew we wanted to stay in this lovely beach town but there really weren’t a lot of hotel options. Aethos was the PERFECT choice for us! The hotel was super zen and had breathtaking ocean views throughout the property. Sasha arranged for the hotel to have a special Anniversary gift waiting for us when we arrived- champagne, fruit and macaroons ! How did they know these were my favorites? She also had the hotel reach out to us to help us with dinner recommendations and best places to surf. Her knowledge and assistance with our trip was invaluable and she managed to make our wonderful trip even better! We would definitely recommend her services to our friends and family.
