Sasha’s help with our reservation was invaluable! She secured for us an upgraded room with perks (upgraded room with view, welcome snacks and water, a hotel credit that we used towards brunch in their highly rated restaurant, early check-in and late check-out). She called the hotel directly to ensure that everything was set for our arrival. She even texted us when we arrived to make sure that everything was good! She was attentive, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. In this day and age when we are so used to making our own travel plans it was especially nice to have Sasha to help arrange details.
