How does your travel planning service work?

Start by filling out our trip inquiry form so we can get to know your travel style. From there, we’ll recommend the best planning tier for your trip and schedule a call to go over the details. Once you’re booked with us, we take care of the rest: itinerary planning, reservations, bookings, and personalized recommendations.

Do you book flights?

Yes we do, and we do it well. Through our Elevated Air service, we specialize in booking premium economy, business, and first class flights with precision and insider expertise.

What types of travel do you plan?

We specialize in custom leisure travel, but also book cruises, hotels, groups, and more. Whether it’s a solo escape, family vacation, honeymoon, or celebration with friends—we’ve got you covered.

When should I reach out to start planning?

As early as possible! Ideally at least 4–6 months in advance especially for popular destinations like Japan, Hawaii, and Europe. The earlier we start, the more options and availability you’ll have.

What if I’ve already booked parts of my trip?

No problem! We can jump in at any stage. Whether you’ve booked flights or accommodations, we’ll help with the rest and make sure it all flows together.

Can you help with cruises and hotels only?

Absolutely. Our Just the Booking tier gives you access to VIP perks like upgrades, resort credits, and daily breakfast (when available), plus expert guidance in choosing the perfect property or sailing.

What if my plans change?

We’ve got your back. If you’ve booked with us, we’ll help you adjust your plans as needed. Bespoke Journey clients receive priority support for rescheduling and changes.

Will you be available during my trip?

Yes—especially with The Bespoke Journey, which includes in-destination support and real-time assistance. Curated Escape clients receive a finalized itinerary and can reach out with any urgent needs.

Do you work with all budgets?

We work with a wide range of budgets, as long as you’re looking for thoughtful, custom planning. Whether it’s luxury or low-key, we craft itineraries that reflect your travel style and comfort level.

Do you charge a fee for every trip?

Not always. If you’re booking hotels or cruises through one of our preferred partners, you may qualify for our Just the Booking tier at no cost. Full-service planning is available with a flat fee based on the length of your trip.
